Classification, traceability, and tracking of Waste from Origin to Destination along with relevant documentation

Cleanity Recycling seeks to elevate its value proposition as a waste manager by implementing a comprehensive system of assisted sorting, end -to-end traceability and document automation from the point of waste generation (customer/origin) to its reception and recovery/disposal (destination).

The challenge covers the optimization of:
• Identification of the waste and its container.
• Classification and verification at source and/or plant.
• Logistical traceability.
• Automatic documentation and submission to official government platforms.
• Dashboard with KPIs for compliance, data quality, customer service, and economic efficiency.

How could we

Gain improvements in some or all of the following:
• At source, each container /item is uniquely tagged (RFID/NFC/QR) and the connected weighing is recorded, using an app with
checklists (compatibility, segregation, photos) and hazard/ADR validation.
• Classification is assisted with rules + artificial vision to detect mixtures or contamination (objective ≥95% accuracy) and a flow of
incidents that blocks the transfer in the event of risks.
• Transport traceability is ensured with routes and geofencing (GPS), time control, digital signature and chain of custody, adding
sensors (level, temperature) when applicable.
• Documentation (NT, DI, ADR, tags) is automated with eSIR integration; at destination, the file is weighed, verified and closed with
evidence; and everything is reflected in dashboards with auditable traceability for inspection.
